Are you feeling overwhelmed
as you navigate parenting challenges?
Parenting can be both rewarding and deeply challenging. As parents and caregivers, you often give so much of yourself to support your child’s needs, but it’s easy to feel isolated or unsure about how to help.
Our Parent/Caregiver Support Group is here to provide a compassionate community and practical tools to empower you in your parenting journey.
Do you want to strengthen your bond with your child while fostering their resilience?
This group is rooted in an attachment-based approach that highlights the critical role of the parent-child relationship in fostering healing and growth. Together, we’ll explore key skills, including:
Building secure, nurturing connections with your child
Enhancing your own emotional regulation and embodied awareness
Coaching your child through a variety of emotions and challenging experiences
Would you like support from other parents and caregivers who truly understand your journey?
While you’re learning to support your child, many parents and caregivers also find this process transformative and healing for themselves. Each week offers a blend of education, practical strategies, and opportunities to connect with other parents and caregivers in a supportive and understanding environment.
Flexible and Accessible Participation
Sessions are hybrid, allowing you to join in person or virtually.
At just $10 per session, thanks to The Colorado Gives Foundation grant funding, this group is designed to be affordable for everyone.
We recommend joining for six weeks to gain the greatest benefit, though single-session attendance is also welcome.
